Sales FORM is only for brand new inquiries.
Make sure to identify clearly what they are calling for.
If it is for a brand new sale, then you only choose the sales form.
But if it is an inquiry for something that’s already in motion and a technician is dealing with them, please only put this into the generic form as you will then duplicate this as a sale.
Complaint is self-explanatory. If somebody is calling to make a complaint about absolutely anything, just use the complaint form.
FRANCHISE ENQUIRY If somebody is calling to inquire about purchasing a franchise from us, then please use the franchise form and let them know that a franchisor will be in contact with them within four business days.
Generic form is used for something that’s not related to sales, a complaint, or a franchise. It’s just something that somebody is looking for or whatever the case might be.
Just use the generic form, collect that information. Be elaborate in the message area, and someone will contact them within 4 business days.
