All complaints will be directed to the technician in charge
DO NOT ASK THIS ONLY IF THEY INSIST
If they insist to not speak to the technician then only tick the checkbox requesting this and put detailed reason why
Advise the case manager will contact them with 7 days, if they want urgency then it must be dealt with the technician directly
If it’s an extreme urgency tick the urgency box (this is only to be used in situations where it can not wait and needs same day attention.
